Fees and Shipping

Shipping/Damage:

Fenderbean R/C is not responsible for any shipping damages that may occur, please contact the shipper to file a claim immediately after finding any shipping damage.  Extra insurance must be requested except turbine motors which added to the invoice automatically.

Fenderbean R/C is not responsible for any Export Taxes, Duties, Tariffs, Fees, etc for shipping any type of product outside the Continental United States. By purchasing products from Fenderbean R/C, the customer agrees to pay all fees, if any, associated with the purchase to the executing agency.  It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all fees associated with the purchase.

Payments and Fees:

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Checks; refunds maybe requested on items before shipping.  After this all sales are final and refunds but will not include the shopify fee, shopify charges every transaction 2.9% +.30 cent for card usage and does not refund this fee.  Xicoy motor refunds are subject to the same refunds process as the accessories but once the motor ships from the factory to Fenderbean R/C all sales are final.  Factory is paid at this point by the dealer and will not refund payment to the dealer.  Fenderbean R/C is not disposable for any returned payments/checks or other accrued fees.
